Construction Manager at Space & Style Ltd

Space & Style Ltd, a leader in innovative construction solutions, is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee project implementation. Working closely with the Head of Projects & Engineering, you will develop work programs, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and scope requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management, structural design, and site supervision.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Technical qualifications and certifications relevant to the construction industry would be highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
