The Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at Kazicloud Careers will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by researching and developing marketing opportunities, implementing strategic sales plans, and managing ahigh-performing team.
The role is critical in meeting Microfinance’s operational goals while strengthen ing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Drive sales growth by promoting existing brands and launching new products.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage budgets, and ensure sales
targets are met. - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and develop innovative marketing opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring exceptional service and high satisfaction.
- Industry Insight: Stay current with industry trends through continuous learning, attending workshops, and maintaining professional networks.
- Lead Generation: Identify and screen potential clients, leveraging effective lead generation strategies.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (management experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to follow company policies and work effectively under pressure.
- Preferred: Male, aged 30-35.
