Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct audits across agricultural sites to ensure compliance with local and international food safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
Review and verify farm operations, feed processes, and agricultural practices to confirm adherence to regulatory and certification requirements.
Analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational standard.
Maintain positive relationship with clients, keeping them informed about market changes and adhering to ISO 19011 requirements.
Stay informed about developments, issues and legislative changes in relevant sectors, and continuously update knowledge regarding quality policies. Perform tasks as requested, in relation to certification operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or Agronomy.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in agricultural farm operations.
Fresh graduates with good academic background are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of standards such as Global GAP, Organic standards, and or other agricultural quality certifications.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
