We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive at Karibu Connect will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.
This roles involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions. And representing the company’s products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, persuasive, and has a passion for connecting with people to grow the company’s customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support and training as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s customer base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and budgets to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business related degree, Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
