KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. (Master’s in the same fields will be an added advantage)
  • Years Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of wellness services and an understanding of corporate client needs and industry trends is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets while fostering team collaboration

Accounts Payable & Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts payable and streamline supply chain processes in our medical lab. Enhance efficiency, cost control, and support finance and procurement.

Reports to CFO

Accounts Payable Duties:

  • Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and execute payments, adhering to company policies.
  • Resolve vendor issues and foster strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations and support month-end closes.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and generate reports

Supply Chain Optimization Duties:

  • Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and execute payments, adhering to company policies.
  • Resolve vendor issues and foster strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations and support month-end closes.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and generate reports

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or medical laboratory industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and procurement best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
