KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. (Master’s in the same fields will be an added advantage)
Years Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of wellness services and an understanding of corporate client needs and industry trends is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and meet targets while fostering team collaboration

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts payable and streamline supply chain processes in our medical lab. Enhance efficiency, cost control, and support finance and procurement.

Reports to CFO

Accounts Payable Duties:

Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
Prepare and execute payments, adhering to company policies.
Resolve vendor issues and foster strong relationships.
Conduct regular reconciliations and support month-end closes.
Maintain accurate transaction records and generate reports

Supply Chain Optimization Duties:

Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
Prepare and execute payments, adhering to company policies.
Resolve vendor issues and foster strong relationships.
Conduct regular reconciliations and support month-end closes.
Maintain accurate transaction records and generate reports

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or medical laboratory industry.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and procurement best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
