We are a dynamic and growing company, focused on building lasting relationships with our key clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Relation Intern at iNet Africa to join our team. If you have a passion for client relations, communication, and strategic planning, this role will offer you hands-on experience and a chance to develop key skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships between key clients and the company.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Understand key client needs and anticipate potential changes or improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in managing the account team assigned to each client.
  • Participate in strategic planning to enhance client satisfaction and results.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and establishing performance timelines.
  • Oversee internal and client budgets and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design and Rollout team and Customer Service Experience teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Support in planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
  • Assist in analyzing client data for enhanced customer relationship management.
  • Aid in expanding relationships and identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to listen and articulate ideas clearly.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, handling diverse client needs and evolving challenges.
  • Basic computer skills are essential, with experience in CRM tools as an added advantage.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, with a focus on providing solutions and meeting client expectations.
  • Degree or working towards a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, business and information technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is crucial for this role.
  • Basic knowledge in IT and computer networking is desirable.
