We are seeking 12 Field Data Collection Support Agents to mobilize and train farmer groups in Nyeri. The goal is to assist farmers in collecting voice samples using a farmer support app, ensuring timely and high-quality data submission. Agents will play a crucial role in organizing training sessions, supporting farmers, and resolving any issues encountered during the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize farmers for training sessions on voice sample collection.
  • Organize and manage training venues and ensure the effective delivery of training on the farmer app.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to farmers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Address any logistical challenges farmers face and ensure the quality of voice samples submitted.
  • Report daily on progress, issues, and farmer task completion.

Qualifications

  • Native speaker of the local Gikuyu dialect, specific to the county for which you are applying (e.g., Nyeri dialect for Nyeri County).
  • Proven experience in mobilizing and training farmer groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with farmers.
  • Prior experience in roles involving coordination and training is preferred.
  •  Must be 25 years or older to ensure authority in interacting with farmers.
