Maisha Developments comprises of three modern and bold housing developments on 21 acres within Tilisi. Marketing Manager at Maisha Developments will:-

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Maisha’s projects.
  • Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image in the marketplace.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and presentations, artworks that communicate the brand and value propositions effectively.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, fliers, brochures, infographics, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on research findings and campaign performance.

Advertising & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and outdoor media.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Manage and be responsible for any marketing events held by Maisha, including Open Days.

Team Management:

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, design, and project management, to ensure alignment on marketing objective

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Competencies and skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Graphic design skills or experience working with design teams.
  • Knowledge of local and national real estate markets and trends.
