  • Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns
  • Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
  • Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented and flexible
