As the Brand and Customer Experience Associate at Unity Home, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand image of the company while ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the buyer journey. This multifaceted position requires a blend of strategic branding, marketing expertise, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to uphold the company’s reputation and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Description/Requirements.

  • Brand Development: Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market presence, brand perception and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Customer Engagement: Design and implement customer engagement strategies to continually improve customer experience, repeat and referral business
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and consumer behavior. Analyze data to identify opportunities for brand and customer engagement improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of strategies. Establish and maintain partnerships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement. Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and execute brand and customer experience events, such as product launches, community events, and promotional activities. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Evaluate event outcomes and gather attendee feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, customer engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
