Job Purpose
Responsible for capturing and editing high-quality short-form video and photos content for digital platforms. The role focuses on efficient content production aligned with brand storytelling and social media trends achieving deep emotional resonance (trust-building) and clear conversion intent (appointment bookings, service awareness, virtual clinic uptake).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots (short & Long form)
- Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup
- Capture both structured and spontaneous content
- Edit short-form videos produced
- Add captions, transitions, and trending audio
- Ensure consistent visual branding
- Export videos in platform-specific formats
- Maintain organized media files and backups
Deliverables
- 12–20 edited videos per month
- 2–4 shoot days per month
- Quick turnaround edits for trend-based content
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification is Diploma holder
- Proven videography and editing experience – 2 years
- Demonstratable portfolio including: documentary or story-led content, brand/corporate video, social media reels
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Own equipment (camera or high-quality smartphone)
- Basic understanding of social media content trends
- Strong time management and reliability
- Experience working with healthcare, NGO or purpose driven brands as added advantage
- Showreel required with application

Requirement
- Professional use of mirrorless/DSLR cameras (Sony FX, Canon R, or equivalent) with strong natural light cinematography skills including golden hour, window light, and available light shooting
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, basic audio production and mixing, colour grading, subtitles/captioning, and optimization for social media formats such as vertical video (9:16)
- Ability to direct non-actors naturally, identify emotional storytelling opportunities, and handle healthcare or sensitive content ethically and with dignity

Social Media Support Personnel

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing social media platforms, publishing content, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance to support brand growth. The role focuses on efficient social media management aligned with brand storytelling and social media trends achieving deep emotional resonance (trust-building) and clear conversion intent (appointment bookings, service awareness, virtual clinic uptake).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, TY & X, etc.)
- Write captions aligned with brand voice
- Conduct basic hashtag research and optimization
- Engage with audience (comments, DMs)
- Monitor trends and suggest content ideas
- Track and report performance metrics
- Maintain content calendar
- Coordinate with videographer/editor for content pipeline
- Liaise audience needing support with clinical team
- Generate platform performance reports
Deliverables
- Weekly content scheduling
- Consistent posting across platforms
- Monthly performance report
- Active audience engagement
- Proficiency with doing e-shots will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in relevant area
- Experience managing social media accounts- 2 years minimum
- Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
- Familiarity with tools analytics tools eg Meta Business Suite
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who works closely with the rest of the teams
- Experience managing social media for a purpose-driven, healthcare, or NGO brand is a significant advantage

Requirement
- Strong native understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; ability to create warm, engaging copy; manage communities sensitively; schedule and optimise content using relevant tools
- Ability to create high-quality graphics, quote cards, infographics, and light short-form video editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, audience targeting, performance interpretation, and familiarity with healthcare, NGO, or mental health communication including safe messaging
