You will:

1. Integrate: Join our agile sprints and understand the ROI of clean code.
2. Execute: Build and iterate using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
3. Launch: Contribute to products that solve real-world operational “leakage.”

We are looking for a specific archetype:

1. Strategic Coder: You don’t just want to know how it works; you want to know why we are building it.
2. Agile Learner: You view documentation as a map, not a chore.
3. Visual Architect: You understand that “visually appealing” is a functional requirement, not an afterthought.

The Logistics

Work Mode: On-site (Nairobi)—where the real-time collaboration happens.

Duration: 3 – 6 Months of high-velocity growth.

Entry Requirement: A portfolio that shows us what you’ve built when no one was watching.
