We are seeking highly motivated, self-directed, team players to participate in an intense 12 weeks training and analyst work in our Internal Audit department. The position will afford successful individuals a unique opportunity to participate in the Cytonn Young Leaders Program.
Responsibilities
- Assist the audit team in carrying out comprehensive audits in accordance to the annual work plan.
- Assist in the evaluation of the internal control environment over compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Assist in review of adequacy of the company’s risks management process.
- Help in preparation of reports on the internal audit findings.
- Assist in following up audit recommendations within the agreed timelines.
- Support the risk management process through periodic independent reviews of the risk management practices and procedures.
- Follow up on implementation of agreed risk mitigation recommendations with departments.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum Upper second-class honors
- A Minimum of B+ in KCSE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numeracy, analytical and research skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Ready to learn and able to take up challenges as learning points.
- Keen interest in investments and market trends
- Good communication skills
Creative Content & Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and creative intern to support our digital marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, and public relations with a flair for digital strategy and branding.
Responsibilities
- Creative content generation – Create and edit different content formats for social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts and campaigns.
- PR and communication – Support public relations content development and execution of PR strategies.
- Social Media Presence and Growth – Manage and grow visibility for corporate, executive, and CEO social media pages.
- SEO Publishing – Write engaging articles, press content, and thought leadership pieces.
- Event Coverage – Assist in event coverage (live updates, photos, captions, post-event content).
- Performance Reporting – Track and report content performance and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners and other stakeholders to plan and execute product marketing campaigns.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time to support learning and growth
Requirements
- Degree or ongoing studies (nearing graduation in the next 3 months) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or related field.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to tone and brand.
- Understanding of PR strategy and media positioning.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok) and content trends.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar creative platforms
