Introduction
- An upcoming city-based media company in Kenya is seeking proposals from qualified Web Designer at Mizani254 (agencies /freelancers) to develop a new website for its upcoming radio station.
- The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from local web design agencies and or freelancers capable of creating a visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional website that will enhance our online presence, improve user experience, reflect our brand identity and support our mission of delivering high-quality virtual radio content to our audience.
Project Overview
- The goal of this project is to create a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website that reflects the unique identity of our radio brand.
- The website should facilitate easy access to live streams, podcasts, show schedules, and other content, while also providing a platform for listener interaction and engagement.
Scope of Work
The selected individual / agency will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Social media integration (X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Contact forms and feedback mechanisms.
SEO and Analytics
- Optimize the website for search engines.
- Set up Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough testing across various devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Identify and resolve any bugs, errors, or usability issues.

- Offer ongoing support and maintenance services as needed.
