Administrative Secretary

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution / university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in secretarial roles.
  • CPS II and Diploma in Secretarial Services from Kenya National Examination Council are an added advantage.

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Loans Assistant

Minimum Requirements

  • A Business related Degree from a recognized University.
  • At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
  • Minimum of CPA (II)
  • Knowledge of Navision and proficiency in Ms Office with emphasis on Excel is an added advantage

Loans Recovery Assistant

Minimum Requirements

  • A Business related Degree from a recognized University.
  • Qualification in credit management Certified Credit Profession (CCP)
  • At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
  • Minimum of CPA (II)
  • Knowledge of Navision and proficiency in Ms Office with emphasis on Excel is an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with strict targets and deadlines

Marketing Assistant

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications from a recognized University.
  • At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience in digital / social media marketing is an added advantage

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Passion for brand marketing
  • Great communicator
  • Good planning and organization skill

Customer Care Assistant

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations / Communications or Business Management
  • Two (2) years experience in a busy organization
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience in digital / social media marketing is an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer service

Teller
