Responsibilities:

Researching and identifying grant opportunities
Writing and submitting grant proposals
Collaborating with the team to align grant proposals with company goals

Requirements:

Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong research abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Sales Person

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in sales is a plus

Agronomist

Responsibilities:

Conducting field trials and research on organic fertilizer
Advising on best practices for organic farming
Supporting product development and client education

Requirements:

Background in agriculture, agronomy, or related field
Practical knowledge of organic farming techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
