Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying grant opportunities
- Writing and submitting grant proposals
- Collaborating with the team to align grant proposals with company goals
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong research abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Sales Person

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in sales is a plus
Agronomist
Responsibilities:
- Conducting field trials and research on organic fertilizer
- Advising on best practices for organic farming
- Supporting product development and client education
Requirements:
- Background in agriculture, agronomy, or related field
- Practical knowledge of organic farming techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
