Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with Farmers and 2nd Tier Agrovets providing agronomic advice on ALL Lachlan Kenya Limited products.
- Creating awareness of ALL Lachlan Kenya Limited products to the specified regional markets and further communication to 2nd Tier Agrovets and planned field days.
- Offer Agronomic support to farmers. This includes new farmers, existing farmers and those using Lachlan Kenya Limited product for the first time.
- Follow up with the farmers on a continuous basis. Daily reporting on farm visits and sales to 2nd Tier Agrovets to be sent to the Technical Sales Representatives and respective Line Managers.
- Partner with other agriculture stakeholders within the respective areas
- Provide the digital marketing team with all farmer and 2nd Tier Agrovet contacts in the region as and when received.
- Ensure continuous sales to 2nd Tiers from Main Distributors.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Education/ Experience:
- Minimum qualification certificate/diploma in General Agriculture, horticulture, or agronomy
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience
- Valid motorbike riding license
- Experience working with Agriculture products
