Stock Controller at MINI GROUP

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller at MINI GROUP to manage inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain optimal levels across all product categories. This role is ideal for someone with FMCG stock control experience and strong ERP (Odoo) skills who can uphold inventory best practices while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately record all stock movements in the Odoo ERP system
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular reconciliations
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for efficient stock handling
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles and expiry management

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock control (FMCG preferred)
Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
