Ajira Digital, under the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), is looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer (Field Support) at KEPSA–Ajira to deliver impactful sales training and field coaching sessions across Kenya.

As a Sales Trainer, you’ll play a key role in transforming sales teams — from classroom sessions to on-the-ground performance coaching.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, sales training, or field coaching
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles
• Adaptability and ability to manage large groups
• Familiarity with CRM or digital reporting tools is an added advantage

We are looking for qualified and experienced trainers to deliver structured sales training and field coaching sessions across counties in Kenya.
