Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Ruiru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, providing customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales operations. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their needs and presenting suitable property ownership solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in conducting Training sessions and developing training materials
- Strong negotiation and persuasive ability
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
