Job summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager at Dusit Princess Hotel Residences with proven experience in promoting and selling both hotel rooms and residences, with a special emphasis on attracting and retaining extended stay guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both trancient hotel guests and long-stay residences.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporates, relocation companies and travel agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporates, relocation companies and travel agents.
- Achieve sales tartgets through a mix of short-stay and long-stay business.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, production reports and marketing insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years’ proven sales experience in the hospital industry. (Hotels or serviced apartments)
- Demonstrated success in both short-stay and extended stay markets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality.
