Resort Executive Housekeeper at The Zanzibar Collection

This is a full-time on-site role located on Zanzibar Island for a Resort Executive Housekeeper at The Zanzibar Collection. The role involves overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests in the luxury hotels and resorts within The Zanzibar Collection.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant and verifiable housekeeping training from a recognized institution
Proven experience in housekeeping management of top end hotels and resorts
Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices within a 05-Star environment
Ability to train and supervise staff effectively
Flexibility to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Understanding of sustainability practices in housekeeping operations
This is a large resort on large grounds so applicants should be fit enough for this movement
Knowledge and experience with OPERA PMS system is essential
This position is on Zanzibar Island so the successful candidate must be willing to relocate
