Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Retainer Provided + Attractive Commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales by identifying, qualifying, and closing prospects
- Actively promote properties through online, offline, and face-to-face channels
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings
- Prepare sales reports and submit timely feedback to the Sales Manager
