Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor at Let’s Talk247 in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, psychology, relationship counseling, and case management to provide comprehensive mental health support to individuals in need.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
- Mental Health and Psychology expertise
- Relationship Counseling proficiency
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of mental health practices and ethics
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in mental health counseling is a plus
