1. This Google Form is the KCAU FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM 2025. Set aside at least 30 minutes to fill it.
2. Please read all the instructions carefully and give accurate information to avoid disqualification of your application.
3. Multiple applications by an individual will lead to disqualification.
4. First, familiarize yourself with each scholarship category and identify the most appropriate one because you can only apply for ONE category.
5. Scan all your attachments into one file – your full name will be the fine name.
6. The following are the required attachments:
7. a.     Copy of KCA University Admission letter

   b.     Copy of National I.D / valid passport / birth certificate (for those below 18 years)

   c.      Copy of K.C.S.E certificate or its equivalent

   d.     Exam Audit report from the examination office (for continuing students)

   e.    Letters from three referees with demonstrated knowledge of the applicant. One must be from a previous school attended.

   f.     A recent passport-size photo of yourself (digital/soft copy preferred; Descent passport-size selfie acceptable).

   g.       Copy of ID / passport / death certificate of parents or guardian (as is applicable)

   h.       Evidence of scholarships / bursaries ever received, talent awards (e.g., performing arts, sports, etc.), and any other evidence to support your application.

8. A statement of need justifying why you think you are the best candidate for this scholarship will be required. Tell your story. You can type it separately, then copy and paste it into the appropriate question of section 5. Maximum 300 words.
