We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Fellow to join our ICT team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about technology to gain hands-on experience in implementing, integrating, and managing various business systems. As a Junior Fellow – Information Technology at BAYI Foundation Corp, you will work closely with our ICT department to support digital innovation initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance our ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and integration of business systems (ERP, CRM) to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
Support the migration of data to cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Participate in process analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for ICT operations.
Provide user support for ICT systems and assist in troubleshooting issues to ensure business continuity.
Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures to safeguard data integrity and compliance with regulations.
Develop documentation and training materials to support the adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Completed coursework towards a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Basic experience in ERP and CRM systems, with a keen interest in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
