Support the lead designer
Processing sample designs and returns
Accompany and assist the lead designer during client meetups, at project sites and showrooms
Creating CAD drawings for client projects
Research trends, designs, and materials
Taking client orders, purchasing materials, and ensuring orders are produced promptly as per request.
Tracking and communicating order status and resolving any arising issues.
Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finished materials
Scheduling for the lead designer, carpenters, clients, vendors
Assist with installations

Completed degree/diploma in Interior Design.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and creative skills.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Must have the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and passion for design trends.
A self-starter who is always enthusiastic to participate in design processes.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
