Springboard Capital is looking for a talented ICT Officer at Springboard Capital Limited to provide technical support, manage systems, and ensure smooth network operations across the organization.

The position will provide technical support to the Organization’s systems, applications and infrastructure, as well as plan and implement a sound maintenance system for the Organization’s IT resources.

Main duties:

Monitor, maintain, and support computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
Ensure effective operations of the Organizations ERP, Integrations and internal technology platforms.
Provide end-user support and resolve system, application, and network related issues.
Manage scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
Ensuring compliance with relevant ICT security policies, regulations and cyber security best practices.
