QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS degree in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Organized, with ability to priorities time sensitive assignments.
- Creative and flexible.
- Strong analytical, communicating, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in online marketing or social media management.
- Familiar with search engine optimization.
- Excellent copywriter.

- Demonstrate passion for digital and brand marketing.
- Understand the dynamics around commercialization of digital marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive, plan and document the content and digital strategy for the different brands within the Java House Group (Java House, Kukito, 360 Degrees, Planet Yoghurt).
- Initiate, execute & measure various digital marketing campaigns to drive current and future demand for the brands.
- Track and report digital marketing key performance indicators and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for optimizing strategy &budget allocations.
- Monitor social platforms and other relevant sites to manage the brands online reputation.
- Influencer Management.
- Digital Media Buying.
- Develop engaging, creative & innovative content on all digital platforms i.e., social media platforms, blog post and newsletter.
- Facilitate the development and management of all brand digital assets not limited to the brand website, apps, social media assets.
- Monitor online trends and competitor activity to ensure all brands within JHG remain relevant and meaningful to its customer base.
- Ensuring brand consistency in online messaging.
