RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media
- Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns
- Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
- Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Solutions-oriented and flexible
INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
