We’re Hiring Command Center Agents (Nakuru)

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Command Center Agents at Gilani’s Distributors. The main responsibility of this role is to remotely oversee and manage the operations of all drivers and SDOS assigned to trucks. You will be responsible for ensuring timely field and warehouse turnaround times, tracking trucks during deliveries, and collaborating with the transport and logistics department to resolve any issues. You will also support drivers in addressing any needs from relevant departments.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Crisis or Incident Management – Experience in handling emergency situations and
    incident response.
  • Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of monitoring systems, security protocols, and
    incident management platforms (e.g., CCTV, GPS tracking).
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to deliver clear and concise instructions during emergencies
    and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Decision-Making Under Pressure – Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and resolve incidents quickly and effectively in high-stress situations.
  • Attention to Detail – Meticulous in monitoring, documenting, and reporting incidents with
    accuracy.
  • Shift Flexibility – Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
