What you will do:
Role Overview:
The Videographer is the visual storyteller of MOGO, responsible for capturing and editing compelling video narratives that humanize the brand and amplify campaigns. They don’t just “shoot video” — they translate strategy into stories that connect with customers, employees, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production
- Collaborate with Content Manager to shape the storytelling angle, script, and creative direction for each video
- Prepare shot lists, interview questions, and filming schedules aligned with campaign goals.
- Scout filming locations (branches, customer homes, activations) to ensure authentic storytelling.
Production
- Capture high-quality video content during customer activations, testimonials, influencer collaborations, and employee features.
- Ensure professional framing, lighting, and audio to reflect MOGO’s credibility.
- Direct participants (customers, staff, influencers) to make them comfortable and natural on camera.
Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into engaging, concise videos optimized for platform (TikTok, IG reels, LinkedIn, YouTube etc).
- Add subtitles, graphics, brand elements, and music that enhance accessibility and brand feel.
- Deliver multiple formats (long-form, short-form, reels, teasers) from the same shoot to maximize content value.
Content Integration & Archiving
- Ensure all videos are delivered to Content Architect for inclusion in PR-C calendar.
- Maintain a digital archive (footage library) of reusable clips for future campaigns.
- Suggest repurposing opportunities from old footage into new storylines
What you will need:
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
- Initiative in exploring digital tools, including AI, to enhance creative output
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in brand and product campaigns
- High attention to detail, with strong proofreading and editing skills

Content & Social Media Manager

What you will do:
Role Overview:
The Content Architect is the strategic brain behind MOGO’s storytelling. This role ensures every piece of content (videos, visuals, campaigns, testimonials, posts, activations) ties into one larger narrative: building trust, humanizing and positioning MOGO as the go-to financial partner.
They think like a consumer, not a marketer — constantly asking “Would this capture me? Would this change how I see MOGO?”
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Content Development
- Own the PR C (customer social media calendar) — defining themes, narratives, and campaign directions.
- Develop story arcs for campaigns
- Write creative briefs that guide Designer & Videographer on execution.
- Constantly monitor consumer trends (TikTok, IG, community convos) and adapt narratives accordingly.
Idea Generation
- Proactively pitch content ideas, formats & hooks before campaigns start.
- Anticipate cultural/seasonal moments (holidays, national days, local events) and design content around them.
- Develop innovative ways to simplify financial concepts
- Ensure employee & customer stories are consistently sourced and turned into content.
Collaboration & Execution Leadership
- Partner with:
- Designer (visuals, infographics, posters).
- Videographer (testimonials, reels, explainers).
- Influencer Manager (align influencer scripts with core narratives).
- Community & Events Manager (transform event outputs into digital content).
- Ensure every output feeds into the bigger story, not random posts.
- Act as the editor-in-chief for all communication outputs.
Content Distribution & Optimization
- Oversee publishing (schedule, tone, timing) across FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn.
- Track audience reactions — which stories land, which don’t — and adjust.
- Recommend boosting strategies (paid vs organic) to maximize reach.
- Create content playbooks for internal stakeholders (branch staff, telesales) to use.
Measurement & Learning
- Work with the team to ensure all content outputs have clear goals (engagement, awareness, lead generation).
- Collect insights from customer interactions & social listening to refine narratives.
- Lead monthly content review meetings: what worked, what didn’t, what’s next.

Debt Collection Team Lead (Device Financing)

What you will do:
- Plan, organize, and execute debt collection-related events, including promotional campaigns, staff functions, and team activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective planning.
- Oversee event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transport, and accommodations.
- Ensure brand consistency in event themes, presentations, and materials.
- Handle event communications including invitations, registrations, and attendee follow-ups.
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements during events.
- Organize and coordinate assignments of daily field collections agents.
- Update both internal and external field cases in the ERP system.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support customers who visit the office on repossessed units in the yard, including negotiating for payments.
- Submit and reconcile field expense reports.
- Generate field letters in the system and resolve daily administrative problems.
- Upload and manage photos of repossessed assets on advertising platforms (Jiji, car portal, Facebook).
- Conduct external valuations and update discounts on platforms such as Jiji & car portal.
- Create DCAC invoices, run auctions, and announce auction winners.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant Call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Skills:

- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
