Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts to collect payments and resolve outstanding balances
Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service, addressing payment-related queries and concerns
Negotiate payment plans with customers while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communication and payment agreements
Achieve set collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for debt recovery
Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for further action, if necessary
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance overall recovery rates

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, call center operations, or customer service
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with credit management tools and debt collection regulations is a plus
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
