Ajira Digital is seeking professional and customer-focused individuals for an opening as Call Center Agents at Ajira Digital. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and respond to email
- Manage online bookings and e-commerce inquiries
- Use business software to track and resolve issues
- Provide product/service support and escalate when needed
What We are Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills with neutral or clear accent
- Experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales & marketing
- Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment
Job Highlights
- This is a physical, on-site role based in Nairobi ( not remote)
- Salary is KES 30,000 with a transport allowance
- Working hours are afternoon shifts.
