Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Pridelnn Paradise
We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Pridelnn Paradise to support the overall management of our culinary and dining operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing food and beverage activities.
- Support culinary and service teams in management and development.
- Contribute to menu planning, food prep, and presentation to maintain quality.
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and optimize stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain a clean dining space.
- Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A hands-on person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors, and food safety standards
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dining setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting overall business objectives.
