Apprenticeship Program at National Construction Authority

The Apprenticeship Programme caters for construction workers who are without technical certificates and have less than two years working experience. An apprentice must be willing to train on the job, working under an accredited site supervisor for a minimum of one year. Details of work done are recorded in the logbook issued upon application for apprenticeship. Apprenticeship Program at National Construction Authority runs for a period of not less than one year during which the apprentice should acquire technical skills.

After apprenticeship, the worker, after taking a competency assessment test, qualifies for full accreditation.

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Construction management.

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Construction management, Statistics, mathematics.

Internal Audit Department Intern

Aim

  • The main aim of the Apprenticeship programme is to give the apprentice an opportunity to gain practical experience in the real work environment.

Minimum requirements

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma, (all accounting options) CPA, ACCA or equivalent

Corporate Communications Department Intern – 2 Posts

  • The main aim of the Apprenticeship programme is to give the apprentice an opportunity to gain practical experience in the real work environment.

Minimum requirements

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma in Communication, journalism or equivalent.

Finance/ Accounts Department Intern – 2 Posts

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma in Human Resource/related field.

Administration Department Intern – 2 Posts

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma in Human Resource/related field.

Legal Department Intern

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma in Law / related field.

Supply Chain Management Department Intern – 2 Posts

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma Qualification in Procurement

ICT Department Intern

  • Diploma Qualification  in ICT

Planning & Quality Assurance Department Intern – 2 Posts

  • The main aim of the Apprenticeship programme is to give the apprentice an opportunity to gain practical experience in the real work environment.

Minimum requirements

  • Applicants must be Diploma holders with not more than two (2) years post-graduation period.
  • Diploma Qualification in Economic/statistics
