Sales Team Lead – (Mombasa)

We are currently seeking results-driven and experienced candidates to fill the role of Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead at Gilani’s Distributors, is responsible for overseeing the effective management of all available resources within the assigned territory to maximize sales profitability, expand market share, and exceed customer expectations.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving the performance of a team of Territory Sales Executives. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent team management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

5 years of experience in sales, in the FMCG industry is a MUST.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
Proficiency in using sales CRM software.
A high school diploma or its equivalent. A Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field will be a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
