Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager at Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton to oversee our diverse dining operations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the food and beverage department.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and special events.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury
hotel. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize revenue.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for culinary trends and a deep understanding of food and beverage service
