REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Experience in POS machine usage
• Experience in a similar restaurant will be added advantage

REQUIREMENTS

• Food Hygiene & Safety Certification
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar operation with proven track record
• Experience in buffet, catering and banquet operation(s)
• Experience managing a multi-outlet operation
• Ability to write routine reports, purchase orders, menus and correspondences
• Excellent customer services skills
• Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience working Ina bar of similar standing
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management
• Must be 25 years of age and above.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Customer-focused with a friendly demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be 30 years of age and above
