Duties & Responsibilities

• Undertake patrols.
• Ensuring integrity of University perimeter fence.
• Protection of University properties against losses & damage.
• Enforcement of University rules and regulations.
• Assist in firefighting.
• Maintenance of law and order within University.
• Traffic control.
• Undertake surveillance duties.
• Vetting of staff, visitors and students accessing/exiting university.
• Prevention of crime.
• Reporting and recording of security incidents.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• K.C.S.E Certificate.
• On-the-job training or service in the disciplined forces.
• National Youth Service Training.
• Three (3) years’ experience of security service.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
