Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, translating these into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Provide expert color consultation in the showroom, guiding clients in choosing the perfect color schemes, mouldings, and natural stones for their interiors.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Paint Products
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of various paint products available in the market to advise clients on the most suitable options for their projects.
- Recommend the ideal paint sheen for each room, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing outcome.
Creative Enhancement of Existing Spaces
- Apply your creative prowess to work with clients’ existing furniture and decor, using paint colors to elevate the overall style and look of their homes.
Design Development
- Create and present design concepts using sketches, 3D models, and design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Conduct in-depth color consultation, considering natural light, architectural features, and client preferences to curate custom color schemes.
Space Planning
- Develop floor plans that maximize the efficient use of space while balancing aesthetic and functional objectives.
- Apply innovative space planning solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
Material and Product Selection
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, mouldings, and natural stones that align with their design vision and budget, with a focus on color and texture.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of Classic Mouldings and other materials to provide expert recommendations.
Project Management
- Oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure seamless implementation of the design.
Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on interior design trends and color theory, including emerging technologies such as AI tools and 3D rendering.
- Offer clients fresh contemporary ideas while balancing trendiness with timeless design principles.
Client Presentations and Communication
- Prepare and deliver detailed design presentations, including mood boards, visualizations, and video renders for client approval.
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage.
Compliance
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 4-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
- Proven track record as a Color and Wallpaper Design Consultant or in a similar role within the interior design industry, demonstrating the ability to translate vision into reality.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Archicad, Revit, Sketch Up, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools. Expertise in color theory and its practical application in interior design projects.
Creativity and Aesthetic Sensibility
- A keen eye for detail, color, lighting, and space utilization. Passion for creating visually stunning and harmonious interior spaces.
Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
Project Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

- A genuine passion for staying updated on emerging design concepts and technologies.
