We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer at Asyana Gardens to join our team and drive our brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with the hotel’s goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities to enhance the hotel’s visibility.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Create and manage partnerships with influencers, travel agencies, and local businesses to boost bookings.
Organize and coordinate events and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s tone, style, and objectives.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
Creative and innovative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with content creation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
