Financial Advisors at Kuza Asset Management (Kuza)

The Financial Advisors at Kuza Asset Management (Kuza) will be responsible for prospecting, maintaining and growing a customer base for Kuza products and services. They will operate in conformity with the laid down Kuza policies and the investment regulations set out by both the Capital Markets Authority and the Retirement Benefits Authority.

Key responsibilities

Meeting existing customers and potential customers to understand their financial objectives, risk appetites and subsequently selling to them suitable investment solutions.
Managing, maintaining, servicing and building new and existing customer relationships.
Preparing and presenting proposals to existing and potential customers.
Proactively networking, generating and converting quality leads and opportunities into sales.
Participate in product and service campaigns by ensuring that the products and services are explained to customers.
Adhering to compliance, risk and operational procedures and standards.
Consistently achieving the allocated sales and service targets within the allocated timelines.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and any other sales related reports.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills

A business-related Bachelor’s degree/Diploma.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the fund management industry or financial services industry.
Knowledge of investment products and services.
Candidate should have strong prospecting, negotiation, networking, effective presentation, and communication skills.
Candidate should be able to plan and manage time effectively.
Candidate should be mature, self-driven, and able to relate positively with the team.
