Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Dispatch Attendant at Sun Power Products Ltd to join our dynamic team! This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods, helping us meet our customers’ needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and Dispatching: Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and
on time according to LPOs. - Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels and conducting stock takes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Coordination: Work closely with the front desk and logistics teams to streamline dispatch operations.
- Quality and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all dispatch activities.
What We’re Looking for:
- 1-2 years proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehousing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work in a physically demanding environment.
