Junior Graphic Designer at Trella

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Trella, you’ll play a key role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with our team of marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts, execute designs, and ensure brand consistency across all our projects.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of print and digital media, including:
Social media graphics and posts.
Website banners and landing pages.
Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
Email newsletters and advertisements.
Produce high-quality designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
Conduct basic image research and source appropriate visuals for designs.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Adhere to deadlines and maintain excellent organizational skills.

What You’ll Need:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow.
