This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategy Manager at Pesapal. The Strategy Manager will be responsible for strategic planning process, managing key strategic projects, and driving business growth through effective strategy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution.

  • Develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and vision.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance competitive positioning
  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects and monitor progress against strategic goals

2. Cross Functional Cordination

  • Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to integrate strategic priorities across all functions.
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation throughout the organization
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis and research to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

3. Performance Monitoring & Measurment.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed

4. Strategic Project Management

  • Oversee the execution of major strategic initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.

5. Change Management

  • Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Address and resolve challenges to ensure effective strategy execution
  • Drive adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and channels

6. Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate strategic goals and initiatives effectively across the organization.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Must Have Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy formulation, planning, management consulting, or a role, with a proven track record of successfully leading strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and Collaboration skills; the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw sound conclusions.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute strategy projects through effective project management
  • Adaptability & continuous Learning: the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing priorities within the dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
