Maintenance Intern

Are you passionate to learn about hands-on technical work and eager to grow your skills in a real hospitality environment? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Maintenance Intern to join our team and support day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas.
Support the team in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance troubleshooting.
Help conduct preventive maintenance checks as guided by the supervisor.
Ensure tools and equipment are handled safely and stored properly.
Report faults, damages and maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all maintenance areas.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or general repair work (training institution or hands-on exposure).
Eagerness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
Good teamwork, reliability and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks

Maintenance Casual

Are you skilled with repairs, handy with tools and passionate about keeping spaces safe and functional? We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Casual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and installations across guest rooms and common areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Perform preventive checks on electrical fittings, plumbing, appliances and general fixtures.
Support the housekeeping and operations team with technical maintenance needs.
Ensure safety standards and cleanliness of all work areas.
Report damages, faults and required materials to the supervisor

Qualifications

Basic technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repair work.
At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Punctual, reliable and able to follow safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
