qualified, experienced and self-driven applicants to fill the position of Direct Sales Representatives at Siraji Sacco Society

Key Responsibilities

Recruit new members to the SACCO through sales activations, corporate visits, and direct selling.
Market and sell the SACCO’s products and services to both potential and existing
members.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for member recruitment and deposit
mobilization.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries effectively.
Conduct market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Participate in marketing and outreach activities, such as roadshows and trade
fairs.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports for performance analysis.
Ensure all new member documentation complies with due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in sales, preferably in a financial
institution, microfinance, or SACCO.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
