Riziki Source is recruiting on behalf of our employer partner for an experienced Mason/Plasterer with strong skills in civil works and building finishing.

This role involves hands-on work in plastering, skimming, wall finishing, and general masonry tasks within active construction sites in Kisumu County.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must reside in Kisumu County
• Experience in plastering, masonry, finishing work, or general civil works
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic understanding of construction safety procedures
• Reliability, good workmanship, and attention to detail

  Key Responsibilities :

• Perform plastering, skimming, and finishing on walls and ceilings
• Execute masonry tasks including blockwork, rendering, and surface preparation
• Ensure high-quality finishing according to project standards
• Work collaboratively with construction teams and site supervisors
• Maintain safety practices and adhere to site regulations
• Conduct minor repairs, touch-ups, and finishing corrections as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Certificate or Artisan qualification in:
• Building & Construction
• Masonry / Plastering
• Construction Technology
• Previous site experience in finishing or civil works

Riziki Source is recruiting Credit Officers on behalf of our client. This role involves supporting clients in accessing loans and credit facilities , managing client portfolios, and ensuring timely collections.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in any field.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Good command of English and Kiswahili.
• Must be able to move around and conduct field visits as part of client engagement and follow-up
• Experience in credit management, debt collection, sales, or customer service is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Role Overview

Successful candidates will:

• Educate clients on available loan products and support them through application stages
• Manage and monitor loan portfolios, including car loan facilities
• Conduct field visits, follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships
• Support responsible lending and ensure compliance with loan terms
• Drive revenue growth through effective portfolio handling
