The Industrial Attachment Opportunities at  Kenya Power & Lighting Plc (January- March 2026 Intake) are available in various Departments for a maximum period of three (3) months effective January to March 2026.
Industrial Attachment Opportunities at KPLC
- Technical & Non-Technical – Bachelor’s Degree
- Technical & Non-Technical – Diploma
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Power Option) – Craft Certificate
- Mechanical/Automotive Engineering – Craft Certificate
- Building & Civil Engineering – Craft Certificate
- Plumbing – Craft Certificate
Technical & Non-Technical – Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements
Interested candidates should:
- Be available full time for the duration of the program (3 months).
- Be a continuing student, pursuing a Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate (above stated fields only), in an accredited learning institution.
- Have a valid introduction letter from the respective learning institution.
- Have a valid insurance personal accident cover for the entire period of attachment.
